This WP aims at unleashing in-demand R&D skill potential and reaching excellence in R&D capabilities among WIC’s talents in the field of mRNA vaccine & biologics development. 

Through the implementation of extensive intersectoral mobility of talents, including expert visits, benchmarking activities, academia-to-industry secondments and exposure to the vibrant industrial environment brought by our partners, this WP will lay the foundation for the development of new R&D skills among WIC’s talents in vaccine and biologics production and development, while instilling the innovation spirit and entrepreneurship/leadership skills among them. 

This WP will also contribute to the implementation of sustainable career development programs as well as innovative R&D partnerships between WIC’s’s and consortium members.
