This WP intends to create a vibrant R&I training ecosystem to promote in-demand and lifelong learning in research and innovation for researchers, innovators and other related innovation talents.

A Training Hub will be set up to complement all cross-sectorial talent mobilities by creating curriculums and training paths that will establish opportunities for upskilling existing talents and boosting interdisciplinary skill development to spark off non-academic profiles.

This WP will increase the widening countries general R&I capacity by offering talents the needed skills and knowledge for R&I trans-sectoral mobility, in the form of structured career paths aligned with the project strategic sustainability, employability and interoperability plans. This will constitute an integrated approach to develop a trans-disciplinary and cross-sectoral workforce to build an R&I ecosystem appropriate for knowledge transfer for in-demand thematic areas and lifelong training.
