WP1 is responsible for efficient, effective and supportive coordination and management of processes during the whole life-cycle of this project. 

The main focus of coordination activities is to achieve high quality results from the collaborative synergy between the project partners. Project management will ensure the timely and legal execution of the contract.

It will be responsible for the overall project coordination, financial management, steering group/consortium meetings and formal reporting.
