Information & Discussion Meeting Brings Together Key Stakeholders for the VISION Project
As part of the deployment phase of the VISION research project, the Institut Pasteur de Tunis hosted an Information & Discussion Meeting bringing together major national stakeholders involved in research, pharmaceutical regulation, innovation, and vaccine development.
The meeting welcomed representatives from the Direction des Recherches Médicales (DRM), Agence Nationale des Médicaments et des Produits de Santé (ANSM), Direction de la Pharmacie et des Médicaments (DPM), Centre National de Pharmacovigilance (CNPV), Laboratoire National de Contrôle des Médicaments (LNCM), Direction de l’Inspection Pharmaceutique (DIP), BiotechPole Sidi Thabet, Connect’Innov, the Faculty of Pharmacy of Monastir, and the Chambre Nationale de l’Industrie Pharmaceutique (CNIP).
The discussions focused on the strategic objectives of the VISION project and highlighted the importance of strong collaboration between research institutions, regulatory authorities, industry, and innovation partners. Participants exchanged perspectives on the opportunities and challenges associated with strengthening Tunisia’s capacity for the development and future production of vaccines and biological products.
By fostering dialogue among all relevant stakeholders, the meeting reinforced a shared commitment to advancing scientific research, innovation, and public health. This collaborative approach represents an important milestone in supporting a sustainable ecosystem for vaccine and biologicals development in Tunisia.
The VISION project will continue to engage with national and international partners to build synergies, promote knowledge exchange, and contribute to the long-term development of innovative health solutions.
